I (Jayne) moved this lovely post over here to a new board where we can keep track of our fan encounters..May originally posted this in the "Well Here We Are Thread" over on the "Who Are We" board.

I went to Ring*Con in Bonn october 2010 because I heard that Kyle was going there and I had arranged to meet up with some online friends before, on and after Ring*con.
Spend some days at home with one of my friends and we went riding together. Then we drove to Bonn and when we got to the Hotel the first person I saw was KYLE he was standing in the reception in front of us and the first thing out of my mouth to him was: Hi Kyle you are early!! (he told on facebook - Before he was on twitter) that he was coming to Bonn in 48 hours and that made him 3 hours early when we met him. He looked at me and smiled to me and laughed and asked how we where and wished us a good CON.
Saw him several time during the weekend
Was watching his Q&A panel with Dylan Neal and some one asked him if what kind of animal he would compare him self to - He said a Wolf and that he loved them I was jumping up and down in my seat: he said a wolf, he said wolf...... reason: I brought him a wolf t-shirt that I later got to give to him at the autograph session where he signed 5 autographs for me so I stood talking with him quite a wile. I told him I was so excited about the Q&A since he talked about wolfs and I gave him the t-shirt and his eyes got really big and shiny - I got the biggest most blinding Kyle smile ever - I LOVE IT he said.
I also gave him a leather bracelet that I bought there since I know he like stuff like that.
Went to get my picture taken with him and I was in 7th heaven for 30 sec in his arms *lol*
Got my pic taken with him, Dylan and my friend Kitty
we had on t-shirts we made with his pic on as the vampire Henry Fitzroy from Blood Ties Saying TEAMHenry - on the back: Real vampires don't sparkle - they bite.
He looked at the shirts smiled BIG and said "cool shirts" we lined up me on his right site (I fit so snuggly under there Just the right height for him *LOL) and then Kitty then Dylan When the first pic was taken I ducked under his one arm and stepped back and my friend kitty stepped forward and before the boys realized we had changed. - He looked perplexed on us both and said "damn that was easy" - "we are easy" and we all LOLed and the smiled on the next pic was so genuine and awesome
Later I met him in the bar and went up to him gave him a Big hug and I thanked him for giving me a new family and so many new experiences and that he could never know the way he had impacted my life. We talked a bit (now I don't remember what we said).
( he told me he had to go meet his manager) I felt he was a bit sad so I ran my had over his chin just before I walked away...looked back seeing him standing there with his hand on his chin with his mouth a bit open looking a bit chocked then he smiled at me....I turned and walked off....my friend Kitty said he still was looking after me after I walked away. chocked him a bit I guess and left him speechless.
After that I saw him at breakfast and I still saw some sadness in him and gave him a smile of "I see you, I know"
I don't know why I felt he was sad but it was something in his eyes when he though no one was looking.
Wanted him to know that some one cared about him the person not only the actor that's why I gave him the hug, the little caress and the smile later.
He is the sweetest guy, when he talk to you he looks in to your eyes and you feel like the most important person on the planet.
you just got to love this special guy! And he is a really talented actor too
